Haynes Agricultural Ltd. is set to reach another significant milestone in its long-term growth strategy with the transfer of the property, assets and trade of Ernest Doe Power’s Case IH Agricultural business at Ringmer, East Sussex, to Haynes Brothers Ltd, the holding company of Haynes Agricultural, further strengthening the Haynes agricultural machinery operations across the South East.
As part of this development, Haynes Agricultural will relocate its existing Uckfield agricultural operations to the more modern Ringmer facility planned for 6th November 2026. The move will bring together the expertise and resources of the two operations, creating a stronger base from which to support agricultural customers across East and West Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Isle of Wight and the entirety of Kent.
The move, together with our recently dual-branded Great Chart depot, and the planned dual branding of our Wrotham Heath and Horsham depots, will create a stronger regional network, giving customers access to both CNH brands – New Holland and Case IH – alongside JCB, supported by our established sales, parts and service teams.
The acquisition forms part of Haynes Agricultural Ltd’s wider strategy with CNH to develop a stronger and more integrated CNH dealer network across the South East. Haynes has progressively expanded its agricultural operations in recent years, including the integration of the Ernest Doe Power agricultural business at Woodchurch, Ashford and the acquisition of the Mike Garwood Ltd agricultural businesses in Alton and on the Isle of Wight.

Further information about the Ringmer facility, including contact details and the date of the relocation, will be communicated to customers ahead of the move.

Our aim is to secure a suitable finance agreement for you that enables you to achieve your financial objectives. If you purchase a vehicle, in the majority of cases, we will receive a commission from your lender for introducing you to them which is either a fixed fee, or a fixed percentage of the amount that you borrow. This may be linked to the vehicle model you purchase.
Different lenders pay different commissions for such introductions, and manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement; however, you will be contributing towards the commission paid to us with the interest collected on your repayments. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will inform you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receive this commission. The exact amount of commission that we will receive will be confirmed prior to you signing your finance agreement.
