Important News - Haynes Agriculture Ltd.'s Case IH franchise in Kent

Haynes Agriculture Ltd. have recently acquired the territory of West Kent for Case IH from Ernest Doe and Sons Ltd and have now located all their staff to our Great Chart site from Ernest Doe’s Woodchurch branch, which has now closed. This means we now cover nearly all of East and West Kent for Case IH and as part of CNH’s new territorial plans, Great Chart will now serve as a key central CNH ‘dual branded’ hub location, with the depot having representation for both New Holland and Case IH farm machinery. This will provide our customers with a ‘one-stop-shop’ for sales, offering a very wide selection of machinery, backed up by brand expertise, to help our customers make the right purchase decision for their specific needs. As a result of all this we will be closing our Case IH Branch at Birchington at the end of October.

Providing excellent aftersales support to our customers in East and West Kent remains a top priority. We will continue to serve our growing customer base through our “on farm” mobile service, supported by our fleet of vans and technicians covering our Kent territories. This will be coordinated from our now multi-branded (New Holland/Case IH and JCB) Great Chart depot and of course from our Wrotham depot, which will, for now, remain New Holland only, due to the depot’s focus on the fruit and vine sector. Additionally, we will introduce a customer parts collection facility based at St Nicholas Court Farms the site of our soon to be closed Birchington depot, supported by a daily inter-depot transfer, to ensure customers in East Kent continue to receive an efficient and reliable service.

I am pleased to confirm that all staff at Birchington affected by this change have been offered continued employment at these branches.

We are very confident and excited that by centralising resources and brands at one large depot in Kent, we will provide an even better sales experience for our sales customers who will be able to peruse a vast stock of machinery with relevant expertise on hand to assist with information. It will also mean we can maintain a high level of aftersales service to support customers by operating out of a centrally located depot that has a very large and comprehensive parts stock to keep our customers moving.

If you require any further information about these changes please contact us. We are all at your continued service.
