Prize Draw Terms & Conditions (Unless Haynes have specific ones)
Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is being run by Haynes Agricultural Ltd.
Eligibility to enter
3. The prize draw is open to people aged 18 and over who provide their name, email address, and contact details at time of entry.
4. Employees of Haynes Agricultural Ltd., Haynes Group of Companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter.
5. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any
prize you may win.
6. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted and entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
7. The prize draw is free to enter.
How to enter
8. Haynes Agricultural Ltd. will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
9. To enter the prize draw you must complete the compulsory fields on the entry form.
The prize
10. The winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random process.
11. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
12. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
13. The decision of Haynes Agricultural Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no
correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner announcement
14. The Prize Draw closes on 15th December 2024 and the winner will be notified by xxx December 2024 The winner will be notified after 23rd December 2024.
15. Haynes Agricultural Ltd. will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
16. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Haynes Agricultural Ltd reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Receipt of the prize
17. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements
may be made through mutual agreement.
Data protection and publicity
18. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Haynes Agricultural Ltd for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

20. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and place of work to any other prize draw participants if requested via Haynes Agricultural Ltd .
21. An announcement of the winners first name and place of work will be made via Haynes Agricultural Ltd, website and social media platforms.

23. Haynes Agricultural Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
24. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Haynes Brothers Limited is an Appointed Representative of Automotive Compliance Ltd who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA No. 497010). Automotive Compliance Ltd’s permissions as a Principal Firm allows Haynes Brothers Limited to act as a credit broker, not a lender, for the introduction to a limited number of lenders, and to act as an agent on behalf of the insurer for insurance distribution activities only.
We are a credit broker and not a lender. We can introduce you to a carefully selected panel of lenders, which includes manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent. We act on behalf of the lender for this introduction and not as your agent. We are not impartial, and we are not an independent financial advisor.
Our approach is to introduce you first to the manufacturer lender linked directly to the particular franchise you are purchasing your vehicle from, who are usually able to offer the best available package for you, taking into account both interest rates and other contributions. If they are unable to make you an offer of finance, we then seek to introduce you to whichever of the other lenders on our panel is able to make the next most suitable offer of finance for you. Our aim is to secure a suitable finance agreement for you that enables you to achieve your financial objectives. If you purchase a vehicle, in the majority of cases, we will receive a commission from your lender for introducing you to them which is either a fixed fee, or a fixed percentage of the amount that you borrow. This may be linked to the vehicle model you purchase.
Different lenders pay different commissions for such introductions, and manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement; however, you will be contributing towards the commission paid to us with the interest collected on your repayments. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will inform you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receive this commission. The exact amount of commission that we will receive will be confirmed prior to you signing your finance agreement.
All finance applications are subject to status, terms and conditions apply, UK residents only, 18s or over. Guarantees may be required.
